Canopy Associations Management, LLC is positioned to handle the unique requirements of your association by helping to:
- Compile financial statements, including annual (and reserves) budgets
- Collect assessment fees and coordinate collections based on applicable state law and association documentation
- Review common areas for maintenance needs
- Inspect individually owned units for compliance issues and follow-up until they are resolved
- Work with the Board of Directors to acquire bids and select contractors, then ensure the requested services are performed according to the contract
- Maintain the association documents and files and allow access to members per state law and association rules
- Attend and guide both regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Directors and the required Annual Meeting of Members
